Terms and Conditions for hiveDisk ‘Travel with hiveDisk 2024’ Campaign
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the hiveDisk Summer ‘Travel with hiveDisk 2024’ Campaign ("Campaign") offered by Hive ("Company," "we," or "us") to eligible customers. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The campaign is available for new paying customers of hiveDisk.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 13 May 2024, to 10 Jun 2024 ("Campaign Period"). The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
4. Discount
4.1. Eligible customers can receive a 20% discount on all hiveDisk Premium plans during the Campaign Period by using the promotional code SUMMER24 at checkout.
4.2. The discount applies only to the initial subscription period and does not apply to subsequent renewals.
4.3. The discount cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
5. Subscription Terms
5.1. By subscribing to a hiveDisk premium plan, you agree to the hiveDisk Terms of Service and Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference.
5.2. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the hiveDisk service at any time without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to hiveDisk, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are the property of the Company. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Campaign or use of the hiveDisk service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Switzerland
