These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the hiveDisk ‘2nd Anniversary’ Campaign ("Campaign") offered by Hive ("Company," "we," or "us") to eligible customers. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Campaign runs from 20 Jun 2024, to 17 Jul 2024 ("Campaign Period"). The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

4.1. Eligible customers can use the promotional code HIVEBDAY24 at checkout to receive a 50% discount on all hiveDisk Premium plans during the Campaign Period.

4.2. The discount applies to the entirety of the subscription on the selected plan.

4.3. The discount cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

5.1. By subscribing to a hiveDisk premium plan, you agree to the hiveDisk Terms of Service and Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference.

5.2. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the hiveDisk service at any time without prior notice.

All intellectual property rights related to hiveDisk, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are the property of the Company. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Campaign or use of the hiveDisk service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Switzerland.
